We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.
a. Shipping Charges Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.
b. International Orders Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
c. Restricted Orders Some products cannot be shipped to certain states. Any items ordered that is restricted in your state will be refunded and an email will be sent to you, if an email address was given, explaining why the items refunded cannot be shipped to you.
We inspect each piece prior to shipping to ensure that there is no manufacturers defect. In the rare case of a manufacturers defect, your item must be returned in its original package. You must request an RMA within 21 days of your purchase. No return will be accepted without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA, please email us via our Contact Us Page with Return in the subject. The email must include your invoice number and reason for returning. We will then process the request and issue an RMA number.
Upon receipt of the RMA, ship us the package via the address in the RMA with the RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the package.
Your RMA will expire 14 days after issuance. Upon receipt of your return we will ship your returned item to the same address as the original invoice at no additional cost to you.
NOTE: Any and all items returned without an authentic RMA number on the outside of the package will be returned immediately. All RMA items returned due to abuse will be returned immediately (See Return Exceptions). All processed RMAs will be exchanged to like item. If the item is no longer in stock, it is our right to exchange it for a similar product of equal value.
Any item that has been abused will be promptly shipped back to you and no exchange will be issued. This includes knives and/or swords that have been used for throwing if the knife is not specifically designated as a "Throwing Knife" or any other user abuse including sharpening a knife and scarring the blade due to improper sharpening techniques, unscrewing a knife to get better/less tension, etc.
All sles are final. No refunds will be given for purchases. For damaged goods, please see our RMA and return policies.
